This is a strong opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor with experience in housing maintenance, cost control and procurement to work with a broad client base including housing associations, local authorities, contractors and procurement bodies. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of a widely used Schedule of Rates, while also providing commercial consultancy support to clients across repairs, maintenance and procurement activities.
