The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad built-environment portfolio, with a particular focus on education and healthcare projects. The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage commissions from early feasibility and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, the Project Quantity Surveyor will provide clear commercial advice and maintain strong cost control throughout each stage of delivery. This role would suit a Project Quantity Surveyor with UK consultancy experience who wants greater project ownership and exposure to technically varied schemes.
