The successful candidate will take commercial ownership of projects from contract award through to final account, working independently and closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure strong commercial and operational performance. Projects vary significantly in size, with values ranging from approximately -2 million to -200 million , providing exposure to complex and high-profile schemes across the sector.
