This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with experience across planned maintenance, social housing, frameworks and commercial management to take ownership of a long-term programme of works. Experience working with NHF and/or Target Price Model frameworks would be highly desirable. The Role As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will have sole commercial responsibility for the framework, working across a varied programme of planned works covering houses, blocks and High-Risk Buildings. A key part of the role will involve validating properties and blocks, obtaining costs and preparing pricing submissions for client approval, before managing the commercial process through to completion. You will be supported by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and potentially an Administrator, providing additional resource to help manage the day-to-day running of the framework.
