This is a highly customer-facing role , working closely with Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, suppliers and customers to ensure contractual and quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. The role: Manage quality across approximately 5-6 projects concurrently Own quality requirements from manufacture through testing, certification and customer acceptance Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, control plans and test/acceptance documentation Manage FATs, customer witnessing, inspections and acceptance activities Act as the key quality interface with customers, including regular meetings, calls and factory visits Manage customer audits and drive the resolution of quality issues through to close-out Review tender requirements, identifying compliance, non-compliance and quality risks Support project risk m...
