The successful candidate will act as the quality lead across multiple projects, working closely with operational teams to drive quality performance, embed a Right First Time culture and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Providing visible quality leadership across live construction projects. Driving Right First Time outcomes and promoting continuous improvement. Undertaking audits, inspections and quality reviews. Supporting the development and implementation of Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Managing non-conformances and corrective actions through to close-out. Analysing quality performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
