Job Title: Project / Programme AdministratorLocation: Burgess Hill Salary: 16 - 18 p/h (PAYE) Contract: 3 months initiallyWe are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Project / Programme Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support across a range of customer programmes.The RoleThis is a varied administrative role where you will support the smooth running of projects and programmes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking performance data, and coordinating activities between teams to ensure programmes stay on track.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to project and programme teamsMaintain and update programme data, reports, and tracking systemsMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, costs, and delivery progressSupport the coordination of programme activities, meetings, and communicationsEnsure documentation and records are accurate and up to dateAssist with the management of contracts and customer requirementsBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teamsSupport issue tracking and ensure follow-up actions are completedHelp improve and maintain processes and admin systemsAssist with compiling reports, analysis, and general programme updatesAbout YouPrevious experience in an administrative or project support roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelGood communication skills and ability to work ..... full job details .....
