Project Professional - Delivery

Our client, a leading organisation within the defence and security sector, is seeking a Project Professional to support project delivery activities in Barrow. This six-month contract role will involve operating project management processes, supporting senior project staff and independently managing routine activities within a full-time, on-site environment.Key Responsibilities:Operating one or more project management processes across assigned project activitiesSupporting senior project professionals on larger or more complex projectsManaging routine project management tasks independently and escalating complex issues where appropriateApplying project management practices, procedures and controls in line with established guidanceMaintaining accurate project records, documentation and progress informationSupporting project delivery through effective coordination, monitoring and communicationWorking collaboratively with project teams and relevant stakeholdersJob Requirements:Experience working as a Project Professional within a project delivery environmentKnowledge of project management processes and practicesAbility to work independently on routine activities while following guidance for more complex tasksExcellent organisation, communication and administrative skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project informationAbility to work full time on site in BarrowExperience within the defence and security sector or a closely related industry would ..... full job details .....
