£650-£700 per day INSIDE IR35
Central London - once a week office based

Overview:
The Project Procurement Manager will lead and deliver end-to-end procurement activity for a large-scale technology transformation programme, ensuring compliance, value for money, and effective supplier engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple technology procurements within the Back Office Operational Modernisation (BOOM) programme.

Transition services from an expired contract to new suppliers.

Establish and run procurement processes, including documentation, requirements gathering, and evaluation.

Engage with senior stakeholders and suppliers to drive successful commercial outcomes.

Experience Required:
Strong knowledge of Public Sector Procurement Regulations (PCR & PA23).

Proven track record in delivering large-scale technology procurements.

Experience working across digital services and finance systems.

Ability to operate independently and set up procurement frameworks from scratch.
