      <description>Location: Glasgow | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Our Client, a leading engineering and design consultancy, is seeking a Project Planner to join their team in Glasgow.  This role is part of an expanding Power and Energy Solutions Practice, based in Glasgow, with a flexible approach to home and office working.   Responsibilities of Project Planner:     Maintaining and updating project schedules in  Primavera P6 , including live updates during planning sessions.   Collaborating with Project Managers and delivery teams to develop, manage, and optimise project timelines.   Gathering progress data from teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate reporting.   Providing regular updates to project teams, senior management, and clients.   Enhancing and implementing project control processes and tools.   Developing Work Breakdown Structures and managing project baselines.      Required Experience or Project Planner:     HNC/HND in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.   Experience in the Power and/or Oil &amp; Gas sectors.   Knowledge of project lifecycles.   Proficiency in   Primavera P6.   Experience with Earned Value Analysis.
