The successful candidate will be responsible for developing programmes and schedules for tender and will report into the pre-construction manager. They will also need to support production planning for the modular buildings and conveyance systems. There will also be a requirement to support individual projects by- maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for large-scale engineering and construction projects, ensuring effective planning and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Asta or Microsoft Project. Prepare baseline programmes, resource-loaded schedules, and progress updates. Monitor project performance against key milestones and identify schedule risks. Produce critical path analyses, look-ahead programmes, and recovery plans. Coordinate planning activities with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and subcontractors. Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports for senior management and clients.
