Project PlannerHybrid (1-2 days per week in Warwick) 350 per day (Inside Ir35)6 month contract We are looking for a Specialist Project Planner with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, particularly using Microsoft Project (MSP2016 or later). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Transformation projects and programmes, with a preference for those who possess an understanding of Cyber security.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning of 8 concurrent projects within the programme, each overseen by different Project Managers. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Designing, building, testing, and implementing new project plans, ensuring compliance with established planning processes and PMO standards.- Actively participating in project meetings to update, track, and advise on planning using MSP2016.- Feeding planning data into the PowerBI dashboard for reporting, collaborating closely with our team of PowerBI developers.- Monitoring project progress and highlighting any early warnings or conflicts related to activities, deliverables, or events.- Suggesting improvements to existing reporting frameworks, which currently include weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
