Project Planner

Job Title - Project Planner Location - Marlow, UK Salary up to £35,000 About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Project Planner to support the successful planning and delivery of electronic security systems projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Planners and the wider operations team, you will help coordinate projects from initial handover through to completion and final handover to service. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate electronic security systems projects from order through to completion. Support Project Managers with project planning, delivery and handover activities. Manage the subcontractor tender and procurement process, including obtaining pricing and coordinating services. Build and maintain project documentation and project packs. Maintain project trackers, order logs and key project information. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and cost-effectively. Identify and escalate potential risks relating to project margins, costs, programme dates and delivery. Coordinate the handover of projects from Sales to Projects and from Projects to Service. Ensure all relevant project documentation is completed and passed to the appropriate teams. Coordinate regular project meetings with Project Managers and Planners.
