Project Planner

Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Planner to support the successful delivery of our projects by developing, maintaining and monitoring detailed project programmes. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and stakeholders, you will be responsible for tracking progress, identifying potential risks and delays, coordinating project activities and ensuring programmes remain accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle. This role would suit an organised and detail-focused individual with strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and update detailed project programmes. Work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to understand project requirements, progress and upcoming activities. Monitor project progress against agreed programmes and key milestones. Identify potential delays, risks and programme issues and escalate these where appropriate. Produce regular programme updates and progress reports. Track project activities, resources and key deliverables. Assist Project Managers with planning and sequencing of works. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams where required. Attend project and planning meetings and provide updates on programme performance.
