Project Planner
Location: Bolton
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: -55,000 - -75,000

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the successful delivery of multi-discipline building services projects. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will ensure projects are planned, managed, and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Support planning and delivery of M&E building services projects

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

• Collaborate with teams to meet contractual milestones and project deadlines

• Monitor performance, including financial targets and project schedules

• Provide insight and analysis to support project delivery and client outcomes

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Provide technical support and assist with training where required

Essential:

• HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or relevant experience

• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical services

• Good understanding of commercial and project delivery across multi-discipline contracts

Desirable:

• Experience in financial or account management

• Ability to manage and motivate site teams

• Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills

• Strong planning, organisation, and time management

• Clear and confident communication

• Commercial awareness and risk management

• Adaptability and proactive approach

• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
