The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of construction projects, ensuring delivery programmes are realistic, achievable, and aligned with project objectives. Working closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, providing accurate programme analysis and progress reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction programmes using Microsoft Project. Create baseline schedules and monitor progress against planned activities. Identify critical path activities, programme risks, and opportunities. Produce short-term and long-term project schedules and look-ahead programmes.
