This opportunity is for an experienced Project Planner to play a key role in shaping delivery. The role will suit individuals who enjoy working with complex schedules, applying analytical skills and ensuring programme information is both accurate and actionable.Please note, this role is only open to sole British citizens.Technical scopeThe role involves:Building and maintaining integrated schedules across varied workstreamsTesting schedule quality and highlighting risks or inconsistencies to project leadershipSupporting baseline planning activities and applying recognised planning principlesAssessing forecasts and costs to go, contributing to reliable EAC reviewsApplying critical path and schedule risk analysis to inform decision makingSupporting new bids and proposals with sound planning inputMethods and toolsSuccessful candidates are expected to demonstrate capability in:Structuring projects using WBS, CBS and OBS frameworksProducing and interpreting project performance data covering schedule, resource and costUsing planning and controls software such as Primavera P6, ARM, SAP or Oracle toolsApplying change control and baseline management techniquesExperience with earned value management, resource-loaded schedules or risk and opportunity analysis will be an advantage.Working environmentThis organisation is recognised for strong staff retention and investment in career development.
