We are a leading high-paced manufacturing company in Dubai, known for innovation, efficiency, and large-scale production delivery. As we continue to expand and optimize our operations, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Planner to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

The Senior Project Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules using Primavera P6. You will work closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of complex manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, covering engineering, procurement, and production phases.

• Integrate and coordinate inputs from all departments to create a fully aligned master schedule.

• Monitor progress, identify variances, and provide timely analysis and recovery plans.

• Conduct critical path, earned value, and schedule risk analyses.

• Prepare project planning reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.

• Interface with key stakeholders and lead planning meetings to support decision-making.

• Ensure planning standards, templates, and best practices are implemented and adhered to.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and execution disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning within high-paced manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, resource loading, and production workflows.

• Proven ability to handle multiple large-scale projects in parallel.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in fast-track or modular manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
