Project Planner

The Project Planner will play a critical role in coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring the development the clients products. This position requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of project milestones in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The ideal individual would be able to proactively carry out the below:

• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines (e.g., Gantt charts, resource plans).
• Break down high-level project objectives into actionable tasks.
• Track dependencies across engineering, design, procurement, and assembly.
• Identify potential delays or blockers early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Liaise between design engineers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure alignment across prototype development, testing, and production readiness.
• Prepare regular project status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
