- Salary: Circa £42,000 per annum (DOE)
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.00pm, Friday 7.30am-12.45pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a procative, hands-on project plannerwith strong change management experience to join our growing team. You would play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients projects are delivered on time, to scope, and within budget – while building a long-term career in a thriving and supportive business.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 PPM, managing change control processes, and providing clear, professional progress updates to both clients and internal stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with ambition and drive, who is ready to take ownership of projects and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities include:
Develop, maintain, and report on project schedules using Primavera P6 PMM
- Support the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through to completion and handover.
Attend client meetings, providing accurate and professional updates on project progress.
Manage and document variations in project scope, cost, and timelines.
Respond promptly to site enquiries, ensuring issues are addressed effectively.
Monitor delay hours and work with internal teams to mitigate impact.
Review manufacturing schedules to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Support change control processes and coordinate updates with stakeholders.
Identify risks and assist in creating mitigation strategies.
Ensure all project documentation and reporting meet internal and client standards.
About you:
Experience in engineering, construction or manufacturing project environments.
Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 PPM software.
Proven track record in project planning, progress reporting, and change management.
Confident attending and contributing to client meetings.
Commercially aware, with the ability to manage variations and scope changes effectively.
