Project Planner
to join their growing team. This is a key role supporting the Planning Manager and site teams in the preparation, coordination, and management of project programmes from tender through to construction.Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing tender programmes and converting them into Master Construction ProgrammesLiaise with Planning Manager, Construction Directors and Contract Managers to finalise and update programmesReport progress and programme slippage to senior stakeholdersPrepare method statements, logistics plans, and periodic reviews of key project timelinesMaintain programme databases (Gateway) and ensure document control complianceUphold Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards in line with ISO requirementsSupport company CPD, sustainability, and CSR initiativesKey Requirements:Essential:Minimum 3 years’ planning experience in a construction environmentProficient in
Asta Powerproject
and/or
Microsoft ProjectStrong understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycleExcellent reporting and communication skillsCompetent with Microsoft OfficeExperience working on live construction sitesRelevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/BTEC/Degree)CSR or CSCS cardDesirable:Experience with AutoCAD or similar design toolsUnderstanding of tender documents, contracts, and commercial planningKnowledge of web-based document management systemsCIOB accreditationThis is a great opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of UK-wide projects.
