Ensure schedules are fully integrated, logically linked, and aligned to WBS structures. Establish project baselines and manage all schedule change control processes. Progress Monitoring & Reporting Track progress against baseline schedules, identifying critical path activities and KPI performance. Conduct regular schedule updates and variance analysis.
