      <description>Location: Lincoln | Salary: &amp;pound;300 - &amp;pound;320/day | Type: Permanent | We are recruiting for an experienced Project Planner to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor delivering major new-build commercial construction projects.   To be considered for this position you must be located within 45 mins of Lincoln   Working closely with the project and commercial teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring construction programmes to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with key contractual milestones.   Key Responsibilities   • Develop detailed construction programmes from pre-construction through to completion • Produce and maintain tender, contract and construction programmes • Monitor project progress against programme and key milestones • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Design Managers and commercial teams • Identify programme risks, delays and potential opportunities • Produce short-term, look-ahead and recovery programmes where required • Review subcontractor programmes and ensure alignment with the master construction programme • Monitor critical path activities and report potential programme issues • Provide regular programme updates and progress reports...</description>
