Project Operations Manager - Europe

Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe. Our client builds and manages complex engineering and construction projects for some of the world''s leading corporations, delivering across sectors including Enterprise and Hyperscale Data Centres, Advanced Technology and Life Sciences, and Fire Protection. They''re now seeking a Project Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for all works on site, sitting within the project leadership team alongside the Project Director/Manager and Commercial Manager to ensure safe, high-quality delivery against programme and budget. Project Operations Manager Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for all works on site, leading pre-planning meetings with the site and supply chain teams to ensure full compliance with company and client procedures. Sit within the project leadership team alongside the Project Director/Manager and Commercial Manager, driving delivery of project KPIs through weekly site walks and monthly risk/CRR reviews. Maintain a positive, responsive relationship with the client team, promptly actioning requests and delivering on contractual obligations. Plan site set-up and logistics through each delivery stage, ensuring adequate facilities, access and resourcing are in place in line with agreed budgets.
