OverviewThe post holder will support the Project Delivery Manager with delegated responsibility for Capital Projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain good relationships and clear lines of communication with Estate colleagues, Clinicians, Directorate Managers and Senior Managers, together with any appointed Consultants and Contractors in connection with project work.
Manage delegated Capital Projects and the appointment and management of contract staff employed in delivering capital projects, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures (e.g., HandS, HR, GDPR).
Be responsible for the management of Capital Project budgets up to £5M (Non-Staff Expenditure).
Capital Project Delivery Management.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication.
Produce, manage and maintain all relevant Project Documentation.
