ABOUT THE ROLE Team: Delivery/ England As a Project Officer, you will help local communities and schools choose active travel options such as walking, wheeling and cycling. You will deliver a schools-based project across Portsmouth and work closely with schools, community groups and local partners. You may also recruit and support volunteers from Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, helping them contribute to the Trust''s goals and objectives. What You''ll Be Doing Plan and deliver activities and events that give people the knowledge, skills and confidence to choose active travel. Build and maintain positive relationships with Active Travel Champions in schools and local authorities, providing advice and support.
