Project Officer Location: Lisburn Hours: Full-time Salary: £20.22 per hour Contract: Temporary 6 months with possibility of extension About the Role: MPA Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is recruiting a Project Officer to support the delivery of the organisation''s Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile digital transformation projects by supporting project planning, stakeholder engagement, governance and implementation. Working closely with the Project Lead, you''ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Delivery Support the planning, coordination and delivery of digital transformation projects. Assist with project documentation, specifications, data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT). Maintain project plans, action logs, risk registers and change documentation. Monitor project progress and contribute to the successful delivery of project milestones. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders. Coordinate project communications and provide regular updates on project progress. Support workshops, meetings and training sessions for project stakeholders. Governance and Project Support Assist with governance meetings, reporting and project documentation. Support risk, issue and change management activities. ..... full job details .....
