Project Officer

Projects Officer - Part-Time We are delighted to be supporting a growing financial inclusion charity in the recruitment of a Projects Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and ambitious organisation dedicated to improving financial wellbeing and tackling financial exclusion. Working closely with the Projects and Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development, coordination and delivery of a range of projects, campaigns and engagement activities designed to create positive change for individuals and communities. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident working with a range of stakeholders. You will enjoy managing multiple priorities, supporting project delivery and helping to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support across a range of projects and partnerships. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions. Support stakeholder engagement activities, including working with service users, community partners and external organisations. Assist with the planning and delivery of events, campaigns and project activities. Maintain accurate project records, reports and CRM data. Monitor project milestones and deadlines, helping to ensure successful delivery. Support research, fundraising and service development activities.
