Project Officer (Fabric) - Belfast 24.14 per hour Full-timePrime Recruitment Services is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Project Officer (Fabric) to join a busy Property Maintenance team in Belfast.This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist, Construction professional or built-environment specialist to take ownership of a varied portfolio of refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects.You''ll manage projects from initial design and procurement through to delivery and completion, working alongside consultants, contractors, engineers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standards. About the RoleAs Project Officer (Fabric), you will provide professional and technical expertise across architectural design, project management, procurement and property delivery.Key responsibilities include:Managing multiple refurbishment and bespoke projects from inception to completion.Providing architectural design services and preparing detailed design and procurement packages.Producing and maintaining architectural drawings and specifications using CAD.Managing projects in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work and relevant project management methodologies.Developing design briefs and procuring, appointing and managing external consultants.Preparing contract specifications, tender and quotation documentation.Carrying out site visits, inspections and condition ..... full job details .....
