Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping to plan, coordinate and deliver projects that drive service improvement and organisational change.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You will support project managers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time, and in line with agreed objectives.
