Key job outcomes/accountabilities Organise and deliver project works that satisfy the requirements of Housing and Landlord Services objectives. Develop, produce and maintain clear and accurate project documentation in a range of formats including (but not limited to) risk logs, process diagrams and progress charts. Develop and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships across internal and external stakeholders which enable project outcomes to be delivered. Ensure a customer focused and value for money approach in the delivery of all projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive procedural documents and training material for use by staff and/or service users through consultation with all stakeholders.
