This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a review of the Independent Living Services provided by the Council including the redesignation of stock project. Contribute to the review and changes to Lifeline and Out of Hours Services. Assist in the setting up of a successful service level agreement with another Local Authority to deliver property management services to a specific site. Contribute to a review of rents and service charges. Work with the Housing Services and Communities and Project Teams on tenant consultation events Work on a review of tenancy terms and conditions. Essential Requirements Experience of working in social housing or a related field Strong IT skills Ability to produce written reports in a timely & accurate way Full current driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes.
