Your new company Our client is an international leading property company operating across three industry-leading businesses: Commercial Real Estate, Engineering, and Investment Management. Due to an increase in work, they are looking to appoint a Project Monitoring Surveyor to the Manchester team. The project monitoring surveyor may come from a Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Management, or Project Management background.The Monitoring Team provides independent advice to banks, lenders, and funders on property development and construction projects. They monitor developments from inception through to completion, assessing project costs, risks, programmes, and progress to ensure schemes remain on track and within budget.The team reviews financial information, construction progress, and project documentation, preparing detailed reports that help clients make informed lending and investment decisions. Working across a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments, the team plays a key role in supporting successful project delivery.Your new role As a Monitoring Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to deliver independent monitoring services on behalf of banks, alternative lenders, funders, and investors.
