Instructions are typically strategic in nature rather than transactional, providing strong visibility of work and sustained involvement on major projects.The Scottish market is particularly busy at present, with Scotland operating under separate building regulations rather than the Building Safety Act regime seen in England. As a result, development activity and funding continue to remain strong north of the border, creating sustained demand for experienced monitoring professionals.This role is suited both to experienced Project Monitoring Surveyors already operating full-time within monitoring, and also to Building Surveyors or Quantity Surveyors currently undertaking some monitoring work who want to specialise fully in development finance and ..... full job details .....
