This is a varied, hands-on role offering involvement throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial customer engagement and site surveys through to design, manufacture, and installation. The Role As a Project Mechanical Design Engineer, you will work closely with customers, manufacturing teams, and installation engineers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Producing engineering designs and layouts using 2D AutoCAD and 3D Inventor. Conducting site visits, surveys, and customer consultations to gather project requirements. Developing practical engineering solutions tailored to customer needs. Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to support installation activities.
