Project Manager/Site Engineer

OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Engineering and Site Management background to join our team, delivering key infrastructure projects within the Portsmouth Water Framework.

Requirements

SMSTS certification - essential

Proven experience working on Water Frameworks, ideally within the Portsmouth Water Framework

Engineering background with a solid understanding of civil or mechanical works

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality

Must be local to Portsmouth or able to commute reliably

Responsibilities

Lead and manage water infrastructure projects from inception to completion

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and framework standards

Monitor project progress and report on performance

Drive continuous improvement and innovation across delivery
