Project Manager/Logistics Manager

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently looking for a Project Manager/Logistics Manager on a full-time, permanent basis located in Loddon. Main Responsibilities: Proven experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, marine, transport, manufacturing, or engineering environments. Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels. Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party logistics providers. Ability to identify risks, implement mitigation measures, and resolve operational issues efficiently. Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and cost control. Experience developing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and performance. Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Person Specification: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally. Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach.
