Salary: Up to -65,000 + Benefits

An established and growing engineering and building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, working with high-profile commercial and industrial clients across a range of sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial handover through to completion.
• Plan, programme and coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and programme performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues effectively.
• Support commercial teams with variations, valuations and cost control.
• Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within M&E, mechanical, electrical or building services projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and project delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

• HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering, Building Services or Construction Management.
• SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid qualification.
