Project Manager - York

BMSL require an experienced Project Manager on an initial 12-Mth Contract which could possibly lead to a Permanent role with our Client. You will be experienced: Understanding of project lifestyle and management Understanding of off-site or traditiional construction methods Poject management competance including financial controls Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams on compex/high value building projects Relation management High-Level of contract dispute resolution knowledge Knowledge of relevnt HandS legistlation and procedures Understanding of Commercial Projects i.e JCT DandB and NEC Ability to negoiate contract terms and final accounts ACCREDITATION REQUIRED HND Level in Construction (Miniumum) NEBOSH Full UK Driving License PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Substantial experience of delivering compex and large scale construction projects Budgetary Control of Projects Track record of resolving conflict and negotiating final accounts Track record of managing teams and ..... full job details .....
