Project Manager (Defence) - ContractRomsey, Woking or Gloucester (Hybrid - 2 days onsite) 695 per day (Inside IR35)6-month contractActive SC Clearance requiredOverview Join a high-impact Defence programme delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. This role provides project management resilience across multiple projects, supporting delivery from concept through to deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholdersDevelop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestonesLead cross-functional teams and manage resources effectivelyOversee budgets, costs, and financial performanceIdentify and mitigate risks and issuesMonitor progress and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality targetsManage stakeholder communication and expectationsMaintain accurate documentation and reportingEnsure quality standards and successful project closureKey RequirementsActive UK SC clearance (essential)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsProven experience delivering hardware/software projects up to 5mBackground in Defence/MOD environmentsExperience across full project lifecycle, including bids/pre-salesStrong commercial and financial awarenessAbility to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environmentsExperience with risk and opportunity managementKnowledge of subcontractor and supplier management (including international)Relevant qualifications (APM, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) preferredDesirableExperience in rapid ..... full job details .....
