Project Manager - Workforce Accreditation
We are working with an established organisation that is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a high-profile Workforce Accreditation and Audit Readiness Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a project, working with senior leaders and multiple departments to make sure everything is delivered on time and to the required standard. You will have real ownership of the programme, working closely with the Group Managing Director and Senior Management Team, as well as Operations, HR, Health and Safety, Quality, Training and Compliance. What will you be doing? Taking ownership of the overall project plan through to the January 2027 audit. Coordinating managers and functional leads to ensure actions are delivered. Chairing project meetings and keeping everyone focused on key deadlines. Tracking progress, risks and outstanding actions. Providing clear updates to senior management. Working across the business to ensure policies and procedures are understood and embedded. Planning and delivering a mock audit ahead of the formal assessment. Identifying gaps, weaknesses and missing evidence. Developing corrective-action plans and driving actions through to completion. Coordinating final audit preparation and ensuring all evidence is readily accessible. Preparing managers and employees who may be interviewed during the audit.
