Thriving in an FMCG environment, you will have prior cosmetic, chemical or food industry manufacturing experience. What you will do: Lead the product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Utilize Critical Path Analysis (CPAs) to identify key milestones and dependencies within project plans, optimizing resources and timelines. Lead client project meetings, presenting progress updates, addressing concerns, creating agenda/notes and facilitating discussions to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment. Maintain and update the company project master tracker, providing visibility into the status, risks, and opportunities across all projects. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including formulation, packaging, account management, etc, to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
