With a strong order book and continued expansion, this role offers the chance to lead building refurbishment projects across rail and local authority frameworks, while helping to grow our building capability further.If you’re enthusiastic, committed, and have a proven track record in building refurbishment (rail or non-residential), this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career.What you’ll be doingManage building projects from award to completion and financial settlementEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetSupport in bidding for and securing new projectsDevelop and grow project management and self-delivery capabilityLead the development of productivity norms to support project successManage Health and Safety Plans, Quality Plans, and Method StatementsAct as the key client interface, building strong external relationshipsWhat we’re looking for5+ years’ experience in the Construction building sector2+ years in a project lead roleProven track record of delivering successful Commercial Building projectsConstruction related Degree (or equivalent)Membership (or working towards) a relevant professional bodyStrong communication, leadership, and client relationship skillsGood knowledge of operational property refurbishmentFully conversant with Microsoft Office and other project softwareFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Southern EnglandWhat’s on offer£60,000–£70,000 salaryCompany van OR £6,000 car allowance25 days holiday + pensionFlexible working arrangementsProfessional growth and development opportunitiesVolunteering days offThe chance to make a real impact in a growing divisionReady to take the next step in your career?
