Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Project Manager with a background in Nuclear to be engaged on a permanent basis in the Suffolk area.About the Opportunity:Our Nuclear Power Engineering and Technical Solutions (NPETS) business provides engineering and technical solutions across the full nuclear lifecycle, up to decommissioning. As new reactor technologies come to market, we are evolving our credibility to become the UK''s leading provider of engineering and technical solutions across all reactor types, contributing to the world''s global climate change challenge. We are recruiting for experienced Project Managers to join our NPETS team, supporting a key client with their nuclear fleet in the UK. Flexible working arrangements between office and home may be possible; however, the role will predominantly be based at the Nuclear Power Station. Occasional travel to other UK sites/stations may be required.Key Responsibilities:Project Delivery: Accountable to the client PPM for successful delivery of all aspects of assigned projects. Set the project execution strategy in agreement with the client PPM, ensuring projects are delivered safely in line with company policies and procedures.Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a cross-functional project team to achieve established goals and objectives within the agreed baseline.Accountability: The role will be based at the EDF Sizewell B Power Station with occasional business travel.
