Due to continued growth, WES, part of the RSE Group, is looking for a Project Manager to join us on a permanent basis in Pontyclun. This role involves a high degree of technical and commercial understanding and a strong focus on client satisfaction, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle and leading a multidisciplinary approach to deliver complex and customized chemical dosing solutions for a variety of industries. Some of Your Key Duties Include: Project planning to achieve the optimum WES, and agreed client installation and delivery dates. Ensuring that when part of a project, design, equipment schedules, PandID s, layouts, calculations, etc, are all appropriate and suitable to achieve project performance requirements. Project cost and budget management to achieve or improve upon agreed project margins. Materials and equipment procurement to ensure effectiveness and cost / quality balance. Change and variation management and control to maximise opportunity and mitigate risk to project margins, including appropriate contract administration and communication of changes and variations.
