High-End Residential | Extra Care | CommercialLocation: Manchester and Surrounding AreasSalary: Competitive + PackageContract Type: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and driven Contracts / Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects across the North West, with a focus on large high-end residential new builds, extra care schemes and commercial developments.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor, managing prestigious projects and leading site teams to deliver excellence in quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover.Lead and support site teams, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.Work closely with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure strong relationships and successful outcomes.Ensure all projects are delivered in line with company procedures, health and safety and compliance requirements.Provide commercial and contractual oversight, supporting the wider leadership team.Monitor progress, manage risk and drive continuous improvement across projects.About YouWe are seeking a proactive and commercially aware leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
