Key ResponsibilitiesManage energy retrofit projects from start to completion, including external wall insulation, internal wall insulation, flat warm roofs and room-in-roof insulation.Oversee project budgets, timescales, quality and resources.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including weekly progress meetings.Act as the main point of contact for clients.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including PAS 2030.Prepare project reports, risk assessments and health and safety documentation.What We''re Looking ForProven Project Management experience within the retrofit sector.Strong understanding of energy-efficient building technologies.Experience managing multiple projects...
