The successful candidate will take ownership of the delivery of energy retrofit projects, ensuring schemes are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Manage energy retrofit projects from start to completion, including external wall insulation, internal wall insulation, flat warm roofs and room-in-roof insulation. Oversee project budgets, timescales, quality and resources. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including weekly progress meetings. Act as the main point of contact for clients. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including PAS 2030.
