Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and growing multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy in Manchester. The business has an excellent reputation across the UK and a particularly strong track record delivering complex projects and programmes for major public and private sector organisations. With a growing Manchester team, an established pipeline of work and recent investment at senior Project Director level, they are now looking to appoint an ambitious Project Manager who wants to take greater ownership of projects, develop directly with clients and progress towards Senior Project Manager and beyond. The Opportunity What makes this role particularly interesting is the breadth and scale of the work. The consultancy is involved in everything from major refurbishment, retrofit and workplace programmes through to new-build developments, regeneration, estate improvement and complex multi-building schemes. They also hold positions on major public-sector frameworks and support long-term programmes across large and operationally complex property estates.
