Fire Project Manager Location: South East / LondonSalary: £60,000 £65,000 DOEBenefits: Company car or car allowance + 10% annual bonusWorking Pattern: Predominantly site-based, with occasional attendance at an office in Reading (approximately fortnightly/monthly)The Role We are seeking an experienced Fire Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of fire protection projects across the South East and London.The ideal Fire Project Manager will have a strong electrical background, together with experience in fire detection, fire suppression and data centre environments.You will take ownership of project scope, programme, budget, quality, safety and client satisfaction, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Delivery Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and programmes.Prepare project budgets, cash flow forecasts and cost plans.Coordinate project start-up meetings and review designs, specifications and system layouts.Manage procurement of materials, plant, labour and subcontract services.Oversee site operations and ensure key milestones are achieved.Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning teams.Ensure works comply with relevant fire safety legislation, standards and best practice, including BS 5839 and BS 7671.
